My name is Ken Munsterman. I am a recent graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, in marketing, and I am currently enrolled in the MBA program as well.

My strengths include my ability to organize, the ability to see a problem and imagine a creative solution, and my passion and experience in working with consumers and understanding their motivations and viewpoints. Because of my interest in people and their motivations, I have always been interested in cutting edge marketing techniques, and creative ways to reach out to a target audience. Furthermore, I am not risk averse. I believe that in order to gain a big reward, one must be willing to take a chance, especially in business.

The purpose of this blog is to understand the motivations and consumer behaviors of Generation Y consumers (and really all consumers for that matter), and how those relate to the outreach of current businesses, or how they might improve. I will attempt to tie in my experience with the experience and research of others to make an educated, collaborative viewpoint on how I see and critique marketing efforts of modern businesses.
